What happens if you have pre-registered for a fursuit badge, but didn't have a picture attached? My friend has only just received the picture for her fursuit reg badge, but registration is closed

Quoth the email she should've received: »If you miss the deadline, paid emergency-badge-printing on site is available during opening hours, but be prepared to wait in line for a while.« - it'll be 2 EUR for each badge printed on site.
