The guide for Art Show artists is comprehensive, except one minor but quite important detail (for designing my panel layout): What is the size of the bid sheets?

Thanks in advance,
Storm

Hey Storm,

looking forward to see you on EF! Did not know you are coming, too. Drop me a note when you arrive! xD

Bidsheets:
If you login and create your bidsheets, you will get a PDF with the exact size to print. They are roughly A5 if I remember correctly...

Best wishes,
Token

Just create a bidsheet and measure (do not resize anything, or the bid sticker won't fit anymore). We do not state the size of the bidsheets in the Art Show Rules since we reserve the possibility to adapt the bidsheets on a later occasion. This year, for example, we have added another column of bid positions.

(If you haven't gotten your login to the EF Art Show Database, please look into your spam folder or contact me.)

Hey Token!

It's been a while. We should have a beer together. :) And, uhh, well... long story, it was hanging in the balance for a long time, because of money and unexpected issues. But I can make it! And I will hold a Panel on the FOSS painting app I work with. :)

My art show participation is still a bit tricky, I'm just running a big YCH auction right now to cover the costs of printing and framing. :-O

First of all thanks for the answer from both of you. I will check the PDF then.

However, does the additional column mean that this your we need more bids to make it into the live auction? Were there too many last year?
