I've paid for the hotel about a week ago, using a bank transfer. Now, my question is...will you get a confirmation that you've paid for the room?
I'd really want to know if it's been paid or not...and not arrive at the hotel in 2 weeks, and being denied my room because the payment didn't go through in time or something.

Hey Liliane,

I did the same and the Estrel sent me a confirmation e-mail. Since EF is not involved with hotel room reservations, I would recommend you to contact the hotel directly and ask them if they received your money transfert.

If you decide to pay your room by credit card during check-in, they'll authorize (=reserve/block) the full amount of your stay plus a bit extra on your card, and charge it once you check-out on your last day.
