So far the the process has been great however I have ran into a issue!

When trying to pay by debit card I'm told i need to put a my house number in. I have a house name but no number, unlike most sites which don't have a issue this payment page will not follow through with the transaction unless I have a house number.

Is it important this is correct or can i put in a friend's address?

thanks for reading!

Although I am unable to give final advice on this, I'd suppose that simply using the number 1 for your house number should be alright, if your house really is the only one at your adress.

I don't see failed attempts in our merchant interface. That means, you dont even get through it. There must be some other problem than the house number.
It is a visa or mastercard debit, isnt it? what error message do you get?

Indigo

I am using a VISA Debit, when I put in 0,1 or 2 I get this:
Street seems to be incorrect.

And when I put my real address in I get this:
Please enter a house number.

Do I need to use another card?

Loewi

hmm... it should work normally. we had debit payments in the past without a problem.

what exactly do you put in? you can pm me if you want and of course i dont want to know your card number... ;D

Can you make screenshots eventually and erase the card number and stuff?

Indigo

sure will do in just a bit!

SouthPaw

For it to accept the address, it appears that you have to enter the street name, then a comma, then the house name or number. Entering just the house name/number doesn't work.

So if you lived at 999 Letsby Avenue (*groan* - Ed) you'd enter "Letsby Avenue, 999", etc.

Thanks Southpaw, it worked.

Thanks for the tip, i didnt know that you _have_ to put the comma in either.

Indigo

thanks for the advise guys!
