Please don't bring alcohol or any other beverages to this event. (Please also refer to my old reply in this thread.) We're already quite stressing our limits with the hotel for allowing something like this event. : )

There will be some wine panel this year where you can bring something along. I'm not quite sure, but I think for that event EF will have to pay a fee to the hotel ("Korkgeld"), which is not just a few Euros.

Drift

Is this event actually going to happen?

Well, me and Kiantis were really interested in the wine tasting panel, so we were thinking about bringing some wine to EF. Fact is we would like to know how much we are allowed to bring, since there are a lot of different varieties of wine :p
This if the wine tasting panel does still exists

Other than that, I still need to write a list about which snaks bring over there to exchange :p

Kiantis

OK, for the snacks, I'll just bring the snack without the liquor. Not tasting the same, but will do.

It is in the preliminary schedule and I didn't read anything that it has to be taken out. So, yes it will I'd say. : )

Ok, nice :)
Last year it was not an open thing, you needed an invitation, that's one reason why I asked ;)

@ beverage: last year, I was the only person who brought two bottles of non alcoholic drinks. It was much apriciated by everyone, cause after trying 5, 6, 7 different sorts of food, it was nice to have something to wash your mouth clear.
So is it ok to bring  just a little amount of non alcohol? Or could we at least have some tab water at the venue?

Cookie

I'll bring belgian chocolate, as per usual!

Any chance of seeing any Irn Bru around? i'm addicted to that soda.....(even called my cat Irn Bru)
"He's nice your uh ... uh.. squirrel?" said a guy talking about my ... ferret !

Ralesk

I'll be coming with the airplane, so I'll have to watch how fat my luggage will get, but I'll try to bring a 2 litre bottle of Traubisoda so there's going to be something to drink at the event :)

Non-snack things in my possession as of now (for these, I'll buy some bread at Kaufland):
And I also have various sweet things as well:
  • "Negro" (no, I'm not being racist, that's a hard candy) — a bag full of various types of it (classic, extra strong, honey, eucalyptus)
  • "Dunakavics" — small, roundish, pebbleish sweets.
  • "Vaníliás karika" — aka. vanilla rings, however it's more a ring-shaped biscuit dipped in chocolate.
