Thank you. I sent the email.

Although it does not look like there is much interest in this anyway. Or the thread may have too many postings. Do you think a new thread would interest more people?

Nex

hm.. i dunno if it would.

Personally i would be intrerested to come around.
I don't know is this a Sponser/Supersponer Event now ?
I Personally like Red Wine but I don't have much experience.
Most People decide with the schedule to go to a panel or not, so i think you can only see it when the timetable finally is out.

Greetings

3) Does anyone know how I can contact Kage? I dunno if he remembers me talking to him last year.

I spoke to a lot of people last year, and about 50% of the conversations were about wine.

I would love to participate, but please remember a very important distinction:  I am not an expert on wine.  I am a simple drunkard.

Kinase

I'd like to partecipate and bring some wine.
I live close to where differen kind of wines are made, so I guess I can bring something really good.

SenGrisane

Thanks for your replies. I got confirmation from the event staff and I am more at ease now :3
I asked for the panel to be open so people can come and bring their own wine to test.

Kage: If you do something often enough, you become an expert automatically. ^^

I can fetch some bottles of "Põltsamaa Kuldne", a sweet apple dessert wine, if you're interested.

It's not something I'd buy for a evening with friends but some classy restaurants serve it as "Estonia's own wine". If not an extraordinary wine, you can have at least one more country listed.

Põltsamaa also produces wine from redcurrant and blackcurrant, may as well bring the whole set, or just stick with couple of bottles of apple.

SenGrisane

All wine is welcome. ^^

And you don't have to buy expensive wine. Just bring something from your area.

Ok, so if this is going to be an open panel (not for super sponsors only) I will participate as well.
To the Italian folk: do you allready know what kind of wine you will bring? Beeing half Sicilian, I would like to throw in a bottle of Nero D'Avola of course ;)

I'll see what I can do about it :p

That's not really expensive. ^^

Mead yay or ney?
While not technicly wine, Mead is often described as honeywine, Want me to bring a bottle of homebrewed Norwegian mead?
I had nothing to do with either the three little pigs or little red riding hood. Honestly I`m a nice guy, who just happens to love pork, and hooded women. It was all a misunderstanding, I swear!

SenGrisane

I won't discriminate against other beverages, bring what you think is fitting :3

Also the panel will be open, yes.

And I bought the basic stock of Wine. 30 bottles. 15 white, 15 red from the winemaker in my hometown. ^^
