what is the deadline to have the photo for the fursuit- badge ready?
I'm currently working on mine, so it would be good to know when I
need to finish it to make the photo.

You will be notified about the deadline and conditions through a fursuiters info mailing that is going to be sent out very soon. As a rough guide, sending your picture and badge-data to Tigerseye before 1st of August should be sufficient.
