I'm just new on this board... but where are all the smileys/emonicons? All I can see is a small box with a tiny pic and some text like: Roll Eyes, Tongue, Cry ect ect ect... can anyone fix this?
This is what it looks like to me right now (using Firefox 3.6.3). All graphics intact. Perhaps before calling "unprofessional" you might want to check whether your browser is having trouble loading the images?

It's not the forum software's fault if your web browser is too stupid to load the images. Better do some checking before the name-calling, eh?
Also,
unprofessional? What the fuck?

Works for me... :P
Seriously, either you are using a proxy that's doing weird things, or you have configured your browser to not send a valid referrer header line. In any case, the forum is working just fine.

Tried everything!
(And in Firefox everthing's fine?!)
It's a problem on your system, not the forum software.
Especially when it works in Firefox and doesn't work for your default browser.
Suggestion: Get someone to fix your computer.
Suggestion: don't use graphical smileys at all. They look ugly anyway ;)
Otherwise, try clearing your cache and force-refreshing the page.

Good idea! maybe that's better that way!
The problem is on the forum, as all of the forum's content goes from a secure (https://) server now, and the smileys are served from the unsecure (http://) server. The dreaded IE (for example) blocks the unsecure content on the secure pages to not compromise them. Reading all of the previous comments makes me cry =(

Ah! That acutally makes sense. I only wish Microsoft would give people a meaningful error message instead of just messing up silently. The smiley base url is fixed to https: now :)
IE says that in a meaningful message, actually, if your security permissions are set right in the system -.-

Aaaaaah, thank you thanky THANK YOU!!!!! Now I can see the smileys again instead of weird holes in the pages! Big hug from me! (Dunno how he did it, but he did it, and I like it!)
