I'll try to, although it remains to be seen whether I will really remember to check it all the time. :P Hmm, I wonder if there's an RSS feed for new posts somewhere...

*Raises paw.* I may lurk around here as well. That's cool such place was created.

Yes, like the idea of that forum, too. Really  :D
Jojo
Edit: and after browsing it a little, I have to say: I'm impressed. Looks and works really good. Only thing is that it's not very busy yet ^^

i am in here too... i hope my english will be better in some time. actually, my english is pretty lousy  ;)

In fact, it's probably even better than yours considering you used the wrong "your" ;)
Seriously tho, I was very impressed by everyone's english at the con, it made me feel kinda embarrassed that I knew next to no German :P

I only knew a couple of basic greetings in German  :-[ Two and a half years of learning it.. and I end up unable to remember any of it... (and insults, but thankfully never had a reason to use them :P )
It was nice meeting people at both EF11 and EF12... hope I can manage to attend next year and have a good time again :)

Okay *paws in the air* I'm here too :p
Creating a forum was a pretty good idea.  Especially to that reason that my mail-inbox will not longer be drowning in hundred of mailinglist-mails per week :)
(And the second one: that i now have a motivation for improving my english skills :p)

W00t! This is a really neat and useful forum. :)

Just a tiny little feature request: It would be cool if I could find out who posted a comment while using the RSS feed.

i done about 5 years of german back when i was in senior school and now the only things i remember are basic greetings and how to count

I am here, too, but I guess I'll stay reading. I don't want to bother people with my school english. :D
But this forum is a great idea. It makes things easier. :)

Ive not done German for 4 years, but i can luckily remember enough to hopefully get me about :P if not its gonna be fun working out what to do at Frankfurt airport :P
Anyone suggest useful phrases to learn? ^.^

Don't worry, most Germans speak English very well.

I have some experience and can say most of them can speak English at least a little bit.  :) And if not, use your front and back paws!  ;D
Oh, I feel so ashamed... I've learned German for 12 years... can't put a single sentence together, lol!
