There will be an "ihotelier" booking link available when the booking begins. It will come by email, but it will be the same link for all attendees (encoding a hotel id and a booking group unlocked at that time), so if you don't get it when the time runs hot, you can ask a friend too.

Any time that could be picked would be good for some people and bad for others. I think it was posted somewhere else that we had a time window between 5 AM and 9 AM and chose 9 AM. You know it more than a week in advance now and can plan accordingly or task a friend with lending you a hand, with a computer or a mobile device.

As this is a professional company they won't pay their employees the overtime to staff the booking system on sunday's eves to cater to such a fluffy crew ...

That is the right link. Possibly I've mixed up the email detail, or maybe there'll be an email on top of the link being already available.
