I KNOW I've read somewhere that you can get your badge before the rush and that artist should come and set up before the Art Show opens but I just can't find where did I read about these. I tried to look for the latter in the Artist Guide section but couldn't see it.

Could someone please point me to these infos or share them?

There where Setup-Times last year. So you have enough time for the setup. The normal Badgerush is only avoidable if you come a day early or later. There are no different Times for Artists ect.PP

Artist can set up their stuff in the artshow between 10 and 12 from Thuesday on
Hope that helps

According to the current time plan, art show setup times start at Wednesday 16:00.
(Before that, the panels may not yet have been set up.)

I arrive Tuesday morning by train and if I get off at Südkreuz to take the Ringbahn to my hostel I will pass the Estrel so I thought why not picking up my Badge already? I would be there before around 10 AM.

As for my artworks I may have them with me on the train, unless I can arrange someone to transport them via car. But I guess panels are unlikely to be ready at Tuesday morning. :D

Tuesday is "early arrival" day... which was meant for staff and helpers to arrive before the con starts so they have time to set things up. So yeah... I somehow doubt that by 10 am Tuesday the panels are even in the hotel already *g*

In the meanwhile I downloaded the test version of the Eurofurence Android app, and it has set up time marked in the schedule so I'm good to go. :)

Tho I hope I can still pick up my badge at Tuesday.
