Just downloaded it, and I have to say: great work!

Of course not much data is available, the only thing I found is that 2-way scrolling doesn't work on the floormap.

Also for twitter, would it be possible to merge all the feeds for #ef18, @eurofurence and maybe also a generic search for the word eurofurence? Maybe you could enable/disable specific searches then and have everything together in one feed?

I removed the zooming, if that is what you meant?
Could not get it to work in time and i did not have the time to find a solution for it. Will fix that for next year.

As for twitter. I will take a look at it but i can't make any promises. Depends on if i can turn 2-3 queries into one. If not then it will not be possible as it is right now.

Will the final release require a fee to download? I'd pay for it considering how well made it is.

What android version are you running? You must run at least 2.2.

You need at least 3mb for the current database and the new one will be even bigger (release database), between 5 and 15mb.

I read that too. The problem is, though, that I have over 20MB free, so it should be fine, right? Maybe the system reports low memory and the app takes it as out of memory. Just a thought.

Tried it with 9mb memory now and it worked.

Where is those 20mb located?

The database gets saved on your phone and not on your SD-card.

At least in the Android Store is't not possible to make a free app into a payed app.
Only the other way is allowed.

In-App billing still works even in that way. Never used myself, only drafted a bit. I think it's quite a work to put it up though.

I did the map-zoom with a WebView last year too, worked like a charm. Also, I feel sorry for you, having to use Obj-C. I had the misfortune last year for a school project. Fun to see you did this as your first app project, though - last year's app was MY first Android app, too. And I had only 2 weeks =D
