The new year is approaching, and so is the opening of EF registration As I've announced earlier, the registration system will go online on January 7th at precisely 21:00 CET, and it's about time to announce the new prices for 2012. The good news is that the convention membership fees remain unchanged. But unfortunately, after remaining nearly constant for two years, we have to raise the price for hotel rooms by approximately 5% to 8% - depending on the room category and arrival/departure date.  In case you're wonderning: The main reasons are skyrocketing energy costs, the overall inflation of the Euro, and extraordinary maintenance and cleaning costs. We're sorry!

Pricing

Basic Con Fee:

- Early (1.1.2012 - 31.1.2012) 80 €
- Regular (1.2.2012 - 30.4.2012) 90 €
- Late (1.5.2012 - at the door) 110 €

Basic Con Fee does not include accomodation or food.

Room Rates:

- Standard - Single Room 350.00 €
- Standard - Shared Double Room 170.00 €
- Superior - Shared Double Room 210.00 €
- Studio - Shared Double Room 280.00 €
- Suite - Shared Double Room 500.00 €

These prices are per person and include four nights (Wednesday to Sunday). Single Rooms, Studio Rooms and Suites availability is limited. Double Rooms must be occupied by two persons, if you do not pick a roommate, we will do it for you. Food and Drinks are not included. Early Arrival / Late Departure

- Standard 55 €
- Superior 65 €
- Studio 75 €
- Suite 125 €
- Surcharge for upgrade "at the door" (subject to availability) +10 €

The "extra day" option extends your stay to one day before and/or one day after the convention. The "extra day" option is per extra day, per person. Not available on any other days then mentioned above.

Extras:

- Sponsor Upgrade +60 €
- Super Sponsor Upgrade +120 €
- Dog Permit +50.00 €

Sponsor and Supersponsor are mutually exclusive. Sponsors get a free T-Shirt, honorable mention in the con book, souvenirs, more benefits t.b.a. Supersponsors get reserved seats at main stage, access to exclusive events, and more benefits t.b.a.  The dog permit is for the entire stay, and allows for maximum one dog per hotel room.
