We are now down to the last week for placing orders for delivery at EF. We are not only offering FREE delivery, but also NO sales or duty taxes on your purchase! If that is not enough to entice you to order, remember, we will not be undersold by any source! If you find the identical item for less, we will beat that price by 10%! We now carry over 1,100 items, so there is something to fulfill everyone's wildest dreams.

I would suggest being careful about announcing something like this publically, since this only applies if you manage to get your merchandise through customs undeclared ... which is illegal. Yes, I know, everyone does it. And if you play dumb and they catch you during a random inspection, the worst you might face is usually being charged custom fees and 19% value added tax. But still. It's a certain risk, and you should be aware of it.

Other local laws to keep in mind for all dealers:

* Like everywhere else dealers in Germany are required to register for and pay the German sales-tax (See UStG § 1.2), The nationality of the dealer or his/her company does not matter.
* Show their prices as regulated by the Preisangabenverordnung (See PAngV). This is usually no issue but has some finer points to know.
* Declare their customs correctly (See ZK). AS stated by Cheetah.

Other applicable rules about pornography and weapons are already handled by the con-rules.

Thank you for your input Cheetah and Suran regarding this matter. We are quite aware of Germany's sales tax laws and are in no way trying to avoid any duty charges which we will be declaring when we bring our products into Germany. This is a special offer for EF customers ONLY to introduce them to "Fetish Zone" and we as a company WILL be absorbing these fees into our standard pricing and passing the savings on to our customers for web-site orders only, placed before August 15, 2008.
